I'm Pastor Cherry (PC), and I was called to ministry in 1985, and ordained an Elder in 1990.  I hold degrees in both Ministry and Business after attending West Los Angeles College, Biola University and Talbot Graduate School of Theology.  In 1997 I founded the California non-profit corporation; Community of Believers Ministries, and planted my first church called The Grace Place.  I've been blessed to have my ministry foundation and commitment to discipleship greatly influenced by the late Bishop Isaiah Owens, the late Bishop Benjamin F. Reid, Pastor Jack Hayford, Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer and the world renowned Bishop TD Jakes.  I started my 2nd church plant, Breath for Change Church (BFC), in 2013. As of January 1, 2024, I will have completed 26 years of Pastoral Ministry, and I have now retired to focus on writing, teaching, guest speaking, and music. Thank you for allowing my wife and I to serve you for so many faithful years.
